Close up: Kia Picanto 1.2 Kappa cvvt

In this blog entry, I'm posting about All New Kia Picanto 1.2 Kappa cvvt.  It shared the same Kappa cvvt engine (87ps and 120nm torque), chassis  and automatic gearbox as Inokom i10 Colourz.

The similarity ends here.  What you have here is Fully equipped A-segment car with ALL the features you can think of.  Buyer have the choice of Manual or Automatic.

Highlights of the specifications across the range:

6 airbags, VSM, seat height adjustable, electronic folding side mirrors, DRLs, ISOFIX child seat anchor point.  200 liTres boot space with 60 /40 split flat-folding rear setbacks.  Alloy rims with ECO tyres.

Automatic adds the following features:
- 15" alloy rims with Hankook Eco tyres 175/50R15 (instead of 14" 165/60R14)
- Front fog lights
- smart key with push start button
- Chrome door handles
- Supervision cluster trip computer
- 6 speakers ICE with Bluetooth connectivity (vs 4 speakers)

The SKD  Kia Picanto's priced at RM54,888 AND RM59,888 for manual and auto respectively.

Sadly, I don't have the chance to test drive the New Picanto.
