VW Das Auto Showcase report

I, Jeff Lim just came back from VW Das Auto Roadshow.  I was disappointed.  Queuing up 80 mins (3.15pm to 4.35pm) only to be treated with 5 mins 10 "LATEST" VW Circling the dome.  Three cars missing from what I saw Paultan.org's video.  "Sharan", "Amorak" and "Passat Wagon" missing.   Replaced with "VW EOS", "Passat CC" and "Cross Touran".


At the end of the 5 mins showcase, we were ushered to "Caterpillar shaped domes" filled with "Existing VW line up".  BUT, all cars locked up.  We can't see the inside/engine of the car.  It's better visiting VW Showroom where you can See/touch/feel and test drive the car.

After watching similar video from Paultan's blog. I noticed missing: Anorak, Sharan and Passat wagon. Replaced with Passat CC, EOS and Cross Touran. The showcase only lasted 5 mins max. Latest VW driving rings around a Large (450 pax capacity) dome.

After the elaborate video presentation, we were ushered to this "Caterpillar shaped" dome where Existing line-up of VW cars displayed.  Sadly, cannot see/touch/feel the car as ALL CARS were locked.

This is the EXCEPTION.  Can see the interior due to Open top, but still locked.

Above and below: Rear looks 90% similar to "NEW KIA SPORTAGE".
