Caroll Shelby dies at 89, being remembered for innovative career

Caroll Shelby has died at the age of 89 in a hospital in Dallas after having suffered from heart problems for a long period. He had a heart transplant in the year 1990 and later a kidney transplant in 1996. He was a famous car racer and also a car designer. He was considered a successful person in his life and in different kinds of ventures he carried out in his career.
He was passionate about cars and continued his car designing even till the last days of his life. He is being remembered for his victories in the various kinds of races and the models he introduced for the car lovers.
"What made him so unusual is he developed, literally, hundreds of cars. This guy was 89 years old and he was still developing cars," Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson Auction Company, said in his comments about Shelby, as reported byAssociated Press.
Shelby was very innovative and did what he liked. He did not restrict himself to anything and took new challenges very passionately. He also did social work to help people with heart and kidney diseases in order to pay back for the success and popularity he had achieved. He also won many awards and prizes in his field along with appreciation from the people.
Caroll Shelby also worked with Ford for designing cars. His death is being considered as a big loss by the company. "Carroll Shelby is one of the most recognized names in performance car history, and he's been successful at everything he's done. Whether helping Ford dominate the 1960s racing scene or building some of the most famous Mustangs, his enthusiasm and passion for great automobiles over six decades has truly inspired everyone who worked with him," the company statement says, as reported in the same AP report.
Shelby was always very energetic to bring in new models and did not feel tired at any point. He always had something different and innovative for the people and his designs were a special treat for the people. He also worked in military and ran a poultry business. His friends and those who have worked with him are remembering him for his creativity and hard work. He has left his mark in so many forms that they have become an important part of history. His name is a brand as many popular car models are associated with him.
